Yes. Every timepiece is hand-verified by our specialists and backed by our 100% authenticity guarantee. The photographs you see are always of the actual watch on offer.
How are the watches shipped?
All watches are dispatched within 48 hours via fully insured worldwide courier, in discreet, secure packaging with tracking.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy should a watch arrive not as described. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange an insured return.
Do the watches come with box and papers?
It varies by piece. Each listing states exactly what is included under "What's Included". Where original box or papers are present, we note it; where not, we say so plainly.
Do you buy or take watches on consignment?
Our Sell or Consign service is coming soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact us and we will keep you informed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with full insurance. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on the destination country.
